"Do you have a list of your PIGS and is it current?" I have been keeping a list of my UFOs but not of my PIGS. I have now made an updated list of both.
How many PIGS and UFOs do you have? My definition of PIGS is fabric bundled together with a specific pattern/project in mind BUT have not been cut into yet. I have 11 of those. I also have many fabrics that have been gathered and stored together with the plan to do "something" with them someday but I don't consider them PIGS because I don't have a specific project in mind yet.
My definition of a UFO is any project that is cut into, with a specific project planned. I have 85 of them. I also have 9 tops from a defunct charity group that I will be machine quilting but I don't consider them to be "my" UFOs.
My oldest UFO is The North Wind Doth Blow. I would guess that it is from the mid 90s.
EIGHTY-FIVE UFOs!!!!! Oh my! I had no idea.
85?? YOU WIN! I don't want to even count my PIGS! I'm interested in your Dreamcoat scrap project. I just saw the video fo the first time today. My friend invited me to her house to see it and we thought we saw a quilt in there somewhere. We are thinking a Round Robin???
ReplyDeleteOh, good. I was beginning to think I was the only one with outlandish #s of unfinished projects: 76 -- 40 tops and 36 in the piecing stage.
ReplyDeletelove the dreamcoat project I have fabric scraps from Godspell that I did costumes for in College. I think the Nun who was the director is having a jubilee this year maybe a small quilt? thanks for the inspiration. oh that was in 95 so I am right up there too
ReplyDeleteOh my!! I think 85 is the highest so far on the list. Isn't it amazing to see what you have when you end up writing it all down? :)
ReplyDelete85? I thought I was bad! LOL. Not that I think you are bad. You won't run out of things to do, that's for sure. That's my object in life. Never run out!
ReplyDeleteI love the Joseph fabrics. I'll bet that was a great costume for the play, judging by the fabrics you show.
