I guess it is time for me to pull out UFO #4, Twister. It will need a good pressing because it has been stuffed in a bag for quite a while and a relearning of how to cut the blocks. The project was started last Spring when a group of us all tackled it at one of our Thursday night gatherings. I know most of them are now finished so I want to get this one finished also. This is the project so far.
I used a Layer Cake collection for it but I can't remember the name. It will eventually become one of the Twister designs by CS Designs.

You're making a new design with the Twister??? I have the rulers but haven't tried them yet.
I just finished up a Twister using the larger template using all shades of Pink fabrics and while I liked it - I think with my extra fabrics I'll make up another and this time separate each pink with another color - maybe buttery yellow? That way they don't mix in too much.
I really like the colors you are using - perfect for summer that is on the way! Love from Texas! ~bonnie
I have been wanting to play with the twister ruler. I am looking forward to seeing what you do with your quilt.
I just made one of these and posted it on my Design Wall Monday here: http://rabidquilter3.blogspot.com/2011/04/my-newest-wip.html
I used the "wasted" squares to make the border which you might like to do.
It's such a great project! You'll love it.
How the heck does that become Twister?? I looked up the link and am very confused.
Oh that will be great! I love that patter, and your fabrics are wonderful!
